This is the Playbook that was developed directly from Laminar's own experience building operational foundations for new businesses — including the Business Launch Pad tool documented in From the Field. Every element included is there because it matters operationally, not because it fills out a package.

What the Playbook assumes you provide.
The starting price assumes the client arrives with the following ready to hand over:
- Completed logo and brand assets (colour palette, fonts if applicable)
- Business imagery (photos of the business, team, or work — can be stock if needed)
- Business information — name, address, service area, hours
- Service descriptions — what you offer, who it's for, what makes it different
If you don't have brand assets, photography, or written content, that work can be added as separately quoted services. The Playbook doesn't stop because these aren't ready — it just scopes them separately so pricing stays clear.

Every Business Launch Playbook starts with a scoping conversation — we understand the business, the services, the ideal customer, and what success looks like. We define exactly what's included, what you're providing, and what the timeline looks like before any work begins.
The build phase produces a complete, connected system — not individual pieces handed over for someone else to configure. The Connect phase verifies the whole system: form submits → lead appears in CRM → auto-reply sends → you get notified. The Transfer phase means you leave with a working understanding of how to manage your own tools.
